If your calipars have been ground fitting the rim won't be an issue. However fitting the fire might be. I had to use a BFH to fit my prostars with 325/50/15s to fit in the wheel well. Not a big deal, just a few taps towards the front. You will have to lift the car by the rear end also when you jack it up, to keep from letting the rear end sag. Unless you cut your bump-stops off anyways.

I'll add: cut the bump-stops unless your wheels are not mounted when you're getting the car inspected or worked on by someone other than you. If not, as the above poster commented, the metal bracket from the bumpstop may hit the inner wheel lip damaging your wheel. The wheels will more than likely not be equal distance away from the bumpstop, so verify both sides.
Also, word of advice, if you do need to massage the inner fender area above the front LCA mounting point, make certain your rear seat is NOT down. When you message the metal, the opposing side has your seat lock affixed to it. If the seat is down, it may not lock properly as misalignment is a greater possibility.
