Default Need Help Picking Drag Tires

Currently I have MT Et Streets 255/50/r16. I am wondering if a 28.00 x 10.00-16 will fit under the wheel well since the stock rim meets the min width of 8. They new ones will be going on the stock tire. It will be supercharged and cammed by the time they do go on. I am thinking of more than likely going hoosier this time and want some opinions. I am looking at these three hoosier tires

the one thing you may want to look into is is your track like mine where you need to run a dot tire on test and tune week nights and you would only be able to use them on certen nights if you go all out slick also allot off my buddys run the mickys and they tend to hook better on stick car than the hoosiers.

It isn't a m6 its an a4 also I normally don't go to the track and if I do its the one in bradenton where they don't check anything so I don't think I would have a problem using the hoosiers there. I just wanted to make sure the 28x10-16 would work.

A 28" bias-ply tire will fit in the wheel well, however you may have to roll the fender lip to keep them from rubbing during burnouts and tire speed down the track. Some people have to roll some people get away without it with 28"s just depends on your suspsension setup. What kind of LCAs do you have?
