Did your foam have a hole in it? Mine did in the EXACT spot.

The Seller offered a 60 refund. I suppose that must be what it cost to ship it. I think I'll just take that, even though it'll bother me a bit I guess it's better than nothing.. Do you think the dent on the inside of the rim might compromise is strength?

I wouldn't worry about that tiny chip. Once the tires are mounted, it will cover that edge anyways. No, it will not affect the strength. When you buy cheap wheels made in China, you don't always get the quality you hope for.

The box for that wheel and the foam ring were undamaged. Did you send the pic to the seller, or just a message? I'm writing them with the same complaint right now to see what they will do for me.

I think the main reason they are being so great is because of the scratch on the left, it's RIGHT where the bead holds onto the tire.....I don't really care about the chip, but if it's going to effect how the tire connects to the rim as far as it being a safety issue, that's not cool w/ me.

Thats funny, When I told you damage in that area could cause a small leak you still decided not to return the rim. WTF....you don't HAVE to get it done by friday. Just return it jack ***

Listen honey, I didn't bother to call you back and tell you the rest of the details. They have been GREAT! I'll call you in a bit!

The other three arrived in perfect condition and so far I'm 100% happy with the seller, great communication.
