The converter helps a ton, definately look into one... When I launch I progressively get into the gas, if I jump right into it I'll spin...

It sounds to me like you bogging for some reason though.. Did you say already what gears you have?

Just for comparison, before my converter on M/T drag radials I would only get 2.0 60s. The car was just a dog before 4k. Put a 3600 stall yank in and now my best has been a 1.64 and that has been my only time at the track with it in, so I know there is more left.

Get a converter.

On nittos and bfg Dr i would cut 1.8 and 1.9 all day . Then i put a stall the times wnet up to 2.2 2.4 was just blowing the tries away. The put the m/t dr 275 35 17 and cut 1.60 all day with the car on sportlines and no supporting suspension mods.

I have a converter but i have not had the time to put it in. Its a 3200 yanks, not big but will deff help . This weekend i'm putting my trans cooler in and my sick *** new pillar pod. Then i would say in about a month from now i'm going to take a week off from work and that will be my main concern for that vacation!!
What times are you running now compared to what you were running before the converter. I here it usually a .3-.5 tenth gain. It be nice if i picked up .5 but i know thats not going to happen
