backspacing (or offset) for 10" wheel

I would like to get some ideas on the backspacing or offset for a 10" wheel that will put the tire flush with the wheel well opening. I know that there are variables such as the true width of the 10" wheel and the mounted and inflated sidewall width of the tire, but there has to be at least a reasonable idea. The wheel well lip has been trimmed (not rolled). Thanks is advance.

Offset +45 to +40 I would lean towards +40, since you've trimmed the fender lips.

I'm running stock 19x10 C6 rims w/79mm offset, but I have to run 1.25" spacers to make it fit correctly. They are flush and do look good IMO.
