If that fit, im sure these will no sweat, that tire is much taller. Do you guys think the tall sidewall will look dumb?
I am debating on getting mickey thompson ET II's which would be wider, and a little taller, or the ET I's which would be skinnier but Are a proven tire. They seem to be close to the same from what MT's website says, just diffrent size options. Do you guys know any info comparing the two in a performance aspect?

I think both the tires are the same compound. The only difference is the ET II was made in more low pro sizes, like the 315/30R18, 315/35R17, and such.
I'm no expert, but I think they designed the ET Street Radial as more of a "race" tire with minimal grooves and more of a slick look. The ET Street Radial II was designed with more grooves to expell water and designed for more "street friendly" applications. But like I said they are both made of the same compound.
