Default which drag radial?

I'm running my 02 Z28 with a cam only set up, 3600 Vig. Stall and 3.42 gears n/a. I was wondering which drag radial tire I should go with. Should I go with the Mickey Thompson ET Street Radial Tires or Hoosier D.O.T. Drag Radial Tires?? I have 15x10 pro stars.

They are both good sticky tires but the M/T ET Streets don't sway @ high speed.

The wear is better on the ET's...they will last a lil longer. The hoosier radials work as well tho! Just wear a lil quicker.

I ran the et street radials and went a 7.18 then changed tires only to et street and went a 7.07. But like he said they sway at higher speeds. Its a ride gearing down and passing someone with the et streets. The radials ride just like a street tire though.

In my 02 SS i was wide open racing a 07 C6 Vert w/ M/T ET Street Radials and there was no sway at all and they do last. I have had them now for 2yrs and about 1600 miles and i would say there about half way.

Do you guys run them on the street much, or do you just change them over when you are going to the track? Ron

Everyone is going to recommend what they run naturally but I have had great luck with the hoosiers.....they wear quick but they HOOK.....I run them as my only tire and drive on the street way more than the track I just have to make sure and check the weather first......I really wouldn't want to be caught in a heavy downpour on ANY type of drag radial

I was going to ask about the hoosier radials, I had good luck with the mt et streets, but I'm thinking about the hoosiers.
