Yes, I'll lower mine. Not as slammed as SW's, but low enough. It only takes 30 minutes to lower a C6.

im jealous.....
who would have thunk it, keeping the stockers for a while mean waiting for the new ones to come in.

Is this just because they are easy to work on? Or is there something like the hose mod on them?

Corvettes have a single leaf spring on the front and back of the car, they go across the width of the car and end up behind each wheel. At each end of the leaf spring, there is a pad they rest against. That pad is attached to a threaded rod, so you just have to screw them in and it lowers the car.

Tools needed: Floor jack and jackstand.

That picture you posted on the first page of the Black Z06 is the picture that made me buy the ZX3P Forgelines for my 95 TA. I hope I'm not bursting your bubble, but the wheels on the Black Z06 are HRE 843R (they are 11 spoke not 10)...
http://www.hrewheels.com/wheels.php?q=/840R/843R/
I really wanted the 11 spoke for my TA, but the HRE's were just too damn much money. I still think the 10 spoke 893R will look great on your Z06, and I do like the painted stealthy look!

Not busting any bubble here, that is why I said an "Idea" of how they will look. The spoke shape is the same, just one fewer spoke. I couldn't find a good 893R photo, just several 593R photos w/ rivets.
