01-02 TA Wheels in Vid taken in 1995???

I don't get it, the video hints at the fact that the video was made in 1995 but there are 01-02 TA wheels fitted on the Firehawk. Were the rims made before but released in 01-02?

Look closely at those wheels. They dont have a lip like the later speedlines.

correct, those wheels were on some firehawks as well as the comp-T/A's i believe.
A buddy of mine has them on his 99
