Dangg.. thats' a is a sharp vette.. Love everything you've done with it.
Nope I haven't really looked into them yet but from what I can tell I will probably have to choose another set of wheels unfortunately. I was thinking boyd smoothie 2s but they're just a little on the pricey side.
Anyone have any suggestions on some different wheels? I know its hard to get a lip on these cars but thats what i'm looking for. Thanks guys

Hyper black fo sho! Just don't think regular black would go well on a beauty SOM F-body. I think hyper black would look sick. Plain black would look like a lack of forethought.
Good luck and nice ride!

Whatever you do, try to make sure you do it through eBay w/ Microsoft Live Cashback. I was in the same predicament you are in about 2 weeks ago and was ready to lay down the money for a set of 4 black 278s. I contacted VQMotoring and they were willing to hook me up with a set of (4) 18x9.5 even though their online auction says staggered only. Call them or email them and they will work with you.
That being said, try to use Microsoft Live in order to get Cashback from eBay Buy-It-Now auctions. Like I was saying, I was ready to throw down for some 278s but since I wouldn't have the money to get tires at the same time I decided to pick up a sweet brand new acoustic guitar.
On December 1st, eBay and Microsoft Live ran a 1-day only 40% off combined deal. The guitar I was going for was $599 BuyItNow, with an instant 10% off from eBay coupon, and then using Microsoft Live Cashback, I received 30% off. You have to pay the price in full (less the 10% instant coupon) up front but after 60 days, I will receive a payment to my PayPal account for the 30%-off. Essentially at the end of 60 days, the $600 guitar will have only cost me $360. Yahtzee.
The Live Cashback stuff varies though, so you got to make sure your timing is right. Right now the Cashback is only an 8% return. Before the 40% deal came around, it was 25% back, before that it was back around 30%. Just check back from time to time, I don't know if it changes by month or week but keep your eyes peeled.
