Default questions about new rims

ok so i have a 95 camaro and ive been riding on the stockers for a while now and im tired of them and i found the O.E. Z06 rims on TomZwheels.com. I want to buy the combo set of 17x9.5 front offset +54 and 18x10.5 rear offset +58...i also wanted to get 315's for the rear tires...and i read the sticky on this page and it mentioned fender rolling and the "BIG F*CKING HAMMER" mod would be needed...can anybody give me some info on wut this entails...is it something i can do myself? is it hard to do? and i appreciate any info on the size of the rear rims...do they look to big for the car should i go with a smaller rim?pics would be nice...thanks everyone

pretty sure there is a couple write ups on fender rolling its a pretty common thing for those running a fatty set in the back. might try a search some guys rent the fender rollers on here i think local autozones might have them too.
