i wouldnt go with whatever the cheapest tires are you can find...
Just doesnt make much sense to cheap out on the only thing that holds your car to the road. Now, im not saying go spend 2000 on tires...but dont just buy whatever is the cheapest brand. Things are cheap for a reason...

Yea i can second for the Kumho Ecsta ASX, I have them in the stock size. So far these tires are great, Dry traction is great and Wet traction is really good. They are pretty comfortable as well coming from the BFG Gforce Sports.
Those are what I run on my stock 16's. I've had to do a little snow driving with them even, and I've been very happy with them. I'm actually thinking about ordering a pair of 275/40/17's, to go up front on my ZR1's, when I put them back on.
