Default Drilling wheels for bigger studs??

Has anyone ever drilled rims to fit bigger studs? I have a set of 18" TT2's for the street and 5/8 studs in my Moser. What can I do to run the TT2's? I'm getting Bogarts so I can't run them on the street like I do my weld's so I gotta have the TTs to switch to.

I dont think it would be that big of a deal to just drill them yourself. As long as the holes are the right size and are centered in the conical seat then you should be fine.

I would think it wouldn't be that hard either, maybe a few new bits, and take my time. I just gotta make sure there is room for the washers and big nuts.

Thats where your problem is gonna be. I'd be willing to bet your not gonna be able to just drill the hole bigger. I bet a machine shop would need to do it to enlarge the entire area on the face so the washers & larger nuts will fit.

Thats why I don't really wanna go to 1/2, Jonathan at Tick is who I got the rear from and he twisted the 1/2 a few times. I might try to drill the wheels.

id imagine if u had a washer/ lug u could test fit them on the wheel before u drilled it to make sure u have enough room.
