Alright it states that they are approved on the site but doesn't recommend them for street use any so... Ill withdraw my certainty... but not completely ill do some research and get back with you.

Just as a note though you were wondering if they are safe to drive on the street right. Just by reading what the guy that's selling them was saying i would say NO. Look at all the post under it I'm not sure how much planer it can get based on what they were saying i know some guys just use slicks on the road but in my opinion based on what they are saying is its crazy slick walk doesn't get much planer than that. If your running a fbody on the road if you have any mods very little moisture on the road is not a good friend add slick type tires and the inherent instability of a slick for handling you'll have yourself a mess soon the radials are bad enough.

I think anyone planning to run these tires would by common sense know better than to drive these tires in the rain, or when it's wet.

Id say kool yes completely legal would probably be in the grey area. Roommate of mine in Houston with a 5.0 and huge cam just slapped on the slicks for the Tuesday night meets cool and hooked when it was needed yes legal... not so much.
