Anyone make real deep dish 18's?

Does any company make a 18x12" or 18x13" rim with a real deep dish of about 6"-7"?

Bolt pattern doesn't matter, but 5 lug is preffered over 6.

This would be for a widebody car running 335/30/18 in the rear.

I'm sure you can get ANY wheel made you could imagine. It just costs money. Call some reputable wheel companies and I'm sure they will custom make you anything.
