Default Keeping Billet Specialty wheels looking good

What are you guys using? I noticed you have to totally keep these away from water or use a different technique to keep them looking good. I haven't put polish on mine yet but rain a couple times got them looking not like new

They water spot bad from what I have seen. I run the car through the wash or get out in light rain and the spot are there even if I dry right away with a cloth.

I've always had good results with mothers aluminum polish on polished wheels. The rain will leave a few marks but shouldn't be that bad with regular up-keep on the wheels. Soap and water should take car of most of it and then follow up with a quick polish afterwords to remove and stubborn spots.

For almost any polished alum. wheel ive seen, adams polishes metal polish is the ****. People could say what they want and alot of the other brands are fine to, but the metal polish is a 1 2 step process and I would say just trying that, its fast and will shine any polished alum. wheel better then new.

i DD on Billet wheels.

I use soap and water. never spray any Cleaners on them. I make them the last thing i wash and the first thing to dry off. even when i goto the hand car wash i tell them NO cleaners and Wash them last and dry them first. I polish them once every 4-6 weeks.

I never had good luck with Mothers polish for my wheels, I recently picked up some MagicMix Metal polish / prep from Tropi-Care and it works awesome. Havent needed to use the prep yet, but the polish is amazing.

Neverdull is the best stuff. Take some out & rub really hard back and fourth on the same spot & then hit it with a clean cloth & man they will shine right up. But I was thinking of these & I think Im going to just stick to the TT2s cause I don't want to have to polish my rims every week

I drive mine often and it gets wet on occasion. I used mother's today and all the black didn't come off. Still in search of a good answer. Beats me

Same here( although I don't have BS wheels yet). I use the mothers billet polish( not the standard aluminum/metal polish) on a mini power ball. It works awesome.
