Where can I print a pattern?

Where can I print a pattern? I need to print a pattern of 5 x 4.75 so I can make me an adapter for a slidehammer to remove my axles. Anyone know of a website I can get it at? Iv used google and cant find a actual size print out. Thanks
I am not sure of a source for this either but you may be able to draw one with a decent compass. I am not sure how accurate you need it but you might also try pulling a wheel off and use the back of your wheel to trace a pattern. Good luck.

I bet, I saw a statistic not too long ago that said that people were driving an average of 4-6K miles less per year these days. With a tight economy and gas hovering where it is people making smarter decisions about commuting. Cars break a whole lot less when their parked and for us, they don't ware out tires as quick.
