Those wheels are excessively big. I think 18 is really the largest you can go and not sacrifice overall performance.

i know this thread is a little past due, but after checking these out, i'm pretty comfortable with 20's on these cars. i was a little iffy at first, but i think they look awesome!

20's are just waaaay too heavy, and the tires would cost too much. I would never want to sacrifice hp for big rims. 18's are the biggest i'd ever go.

x2

BUT... I do think some of these cars look SIC!

I have a buddy with an 01 z28 on chrome 20s with RS ground effects. Looks coo, but I keep tellin him to swap em for some 18s and he will FEEL the difference!

Some of the cars look pretty good. I just don't like how empty and small the rotors/calipers look with 20s.

Here are my new wheels

And I agree with the previous post about the extra space between the wheels and rotors, I did not notice it as much on my old set as I do on this set. So now I am trying to figure out where to get a big brake set that includes bigger rears.

Those rims would be destroyed in a day on the crappy roads of MA. That red Lt1 SS with the 20" c5Z06's is the baddest looking LT1.
