Talking New Drag Wheels!!!

I bought a set of Billet Specialtes Streetlites from Dragwheelz.com a while back and finally got them on the car. They are 15x4s and 15x10s. I'll take some better pics when I get a chance.

Yeah, the fronts are a tight fit. My front calipers are powdercoted so I'm running a very small spacer (I think it's a 1/4") instead of grinding.

Thanks. Yes, they are the 50s. I'll probably step up to the 275/60s next year when I get my new FI setup up and running.

anice setup you have there! I was also looking into doing a set of these on my 3rd gen. Question for you. The front brakes that you are running, I assume that they are stock? DO you happen to know if the overall brake size is similar to a Baer track system that uses 13 inch rotors? I am only asking cause my 3rd gen has the track system with the Baer track system and they supposedly require a 17 inch wheel. It is really preventing me from running the wheels that I want.

These are some of the best looking wheels for an fbody other then bogarts. My tuner has these wheels on his silver 97 SS and they look great.

My brakes are WS6 Store rotors and powdercoted stock calipers. I'm not sure what the overall dimensions are. Billet Specialties does offer the Streetlites in 17" if you wanted to go that route.

That's what I'm hoping for but I'd settle for anything in the 11s. I'm going to try to take the car to Byron on the 16th or 17th of May if ya wanna go.

I hear ya..but after seeing your LS7 clutch fade after a few runs..its got me worried... Mine should be back on the road this weekend..and i have DR's and skinnys now so i'll be ready. No more 1800-2000 rpm ***** launches on street tires
