Default Need some tech info. on 45mm offset TTII's

I'm looking at getting some TTII's for 2000 SS what I was wondering is will a 45mm offset work with 17X11's ok or will I have some kind of issues. In relatiom to this ordeal if everything is fine will these be sticking outside the quarter panels, will 315/35zr17 be ok. for the fronts I want 17X9.5 what offset do I get. Plus any pics whould be a great help thanx guys.
