You get what you pay for but keep them clean and they should last. My c6 chrome replica wheels are corroding because my previous landlord salted the parking lot and then plowed the snow around my car that was parked for the winter. I will be buying new wheels in the spring.

I answered this in the other thread too. I've had mine for 9 years. Black with machined dish deep dish ZR1 style. My car is always garaged and not driven every day. The finish has been great. I've not noticed any kind of fading or wear at all. Just my personal experience.
