i dont understand the sumi hate. yes i know the dont grip well, but at least on the shitty roads over here they ride really nice and not much road noise, and for the price i think they are fine,

I had Sumitomo first and GS D3 next.
Sumitomos were actually 305mm wide (give or take 1mm).
GS D3 were 322mm.
Both mounted od 11" rims, at 30psi.
I needed a bigger hammer to fit GS D3 tires.

Ive got 315/35/17 555 extremes on my TT2 9.5 rim and they fit fine. I had a set of C5s 9.5wide with 295 KDWs and the tires rubbed my fender.... I have pictures of both, on car to prove it... I think some manufactures measure overall tire width and not necessarily the contact patch or the tread width...

I had these as well in a 315 on my Mustang. For the price they are great if you just want the look and something to cruise on, but forget any type of traction lol. My 04 Gt made 280 rwhp and would absolutely torch these things
