I have BFGoodrich 255/50/16 and for traction they are amazing! Nice burnout and damn sticky!
For tread life they suck! I have done 7 passes on them with 2k miles and they are completely bald. & i do not do the biggest burnouts, maybe 5 seconds...

x2....My BFG drags are pretty worn out already and that's cuz my car sits in the garage 24/7. The tires hook like **** even with less than 30% tread left......last track outing I cut 1.7's all night launching at 4K RPM. They need a good burnout though if you wanna cut good 60fts.
Nitto's are a better all around drag radial but they don't hook anywhere near the M/T's or BFG's. Never ran a Hoosier DR but a local 10sec vette runs them and they seem to be decent enough for everyday use.

how crazy would it be to drive around with the nitto 555rs in the rain or even snow.. and whats the threadware on them.. people say its good but i was hoping to get at least 8000 miles out of em..
