Default 315s overkill for me?

Im torn on whether or not to get some 17x11s for my TA. The car is a DD. Will probably never see the track. I know i will most likely have to BFH. Fender rolling is unnecessary. Will i need an adjustable PHB? I am at stock ride height. And what tires would you recommend?

Do it.. I used to have some 315's and i loved em.. They made my ride look mean.. I had the BFG drag radials.. They hooked ok and lasted a fair amount of time.. The fenders did rub when I did donuts, so if I ever did em again I would definitely roll the fenders.. also, why would you need a new PHB??

nope.. there was a little spot on the wheel well where the undercoating rubbed through, but it never seemed to be an issue.. also, my car was lowered when i had the 315's and i still had the stock PHB if that helps answer your question.. i went back to stock last year tho because i couldn't stand scraping the underneath of my car on everything

I am pretty sure only lowered guys NEED adjustable panhard bars cause when lowering it gets un even or whatever. Lowered guys also need to buy lca relocation brackets so they can adjust the angle of their lcas. 315s are no overkill for anything. I think they are more than looks than performance sometimes. I could buy some 275 ET streets and hooker better than a 315 street tire. If you want the wide tire look go for it. If not, i'd just buy some good bfg or nitto street tires.

if its the inside of the tire, hammer the wheelwell where its rubbing, if its outside, roll the fender

I went to a 315 and lowered it 2". I have not had a problem at all. The car looks awesome in my opinion. There was no BFH or adjusting PHB. I think going to a 325 would open up some issues, but the 315 looks real nice so I dont think there would be a need for a 325 except for bragging rights lol. I say put them on. The cool thing about our cars, we can always sell what we dont use! Good luck bro

what offset did you use? from my understanding 36mm would stick out more allowing more room
