Paging Dragwheelz Dragwheelz.com
I ordered a set of street lites from you back on June 1st after you convinced me to buy from you instead of Summit or Jegs because you had the wheels in stock and they wouldn't have them in until June 14. You told me they would be shipped out that day.
Its getting very frustrating trying to find out if the street lites that I paid 1100for have been shipped. You told me you would send me tracking info twice, you never did. I call your number and I get "the sprint pcs number you have reached mailbox is full" so I cant leave a message. I have emailed you and pmd you on this site also, no reply. I feel as though Im getting the run around. From Chicago to Upsate NY is 2-3days shipping at UPS.
I know its only been 10 days, but all I wanted was the tracking info. I have started looking at old threads here and it shows you have a history of very poor communication and customer contact after you get paid. Please make this right.

Guys I just got 6 wheels from him, I can tell he's very busy but he came through just fine. I'm sure he will take care of you and your issues.
The wheels are very nice! I also went to see the plant and it's incredible.
PM me any issues you have, be specific with dates ect. If you want to give a contact number that's great too.

Sorry to hear about your problems with dragwheelz, I bought a set of TTII's off them a few months back and got them in about 9 days. However communication after I paid for them was nonexistent and I was getting worried, no tracking info or status of the order was given and all requests for it was ignored.
The way I see it they should provide way better customer service and communication after the sale is made, most of us buying from them are spending in excess of $1,000 not $10 or $50.

Still waiting on mine as well. It's been two weeks. I calls him and got ahold of him. He said he would call me back in a few minutes. It he never did. I proceeded to call the next day and all I get is voicemail from now on. I've left messages but I get nothing back. Hope he pulls through.

I have called his number i bet darn near 50 times (during normal business hours) and have maybe been able to get ahold of him a hand full of times. Each and everytime he has made promises that havent been full-filled. I was supposed to receive my wheels last friday and i have been asking for a tracking number ever since he said they were shipped out. All i hope is that i dont get scammed outta 1170 bucks. If i had to do it all over again i would have bought directly from billet specialties or from jegs. Like everyone on here has said once he gets your money your instantly forgotten about. Customer service to me is everything.

Yea he tends to do this, I bought my wheels from him and it took me a month to get them, and then when i got them they were the wrong fronts. It wasn't his fault but he took care of me because I was super upset. Then it took almost another month to get the new fronts. He won't send you a tracking a number I asked for one several times and never got one during both occasions. I even called Billet a few a times myself. Best thing to do is just keep calling, keep emailing, and be persistent. You will get your wheels, just not as fast as jegs or summit. Something does need to be done about the level of customer service otherwise people are going to start steering away, he is a nice guy but needs a to either get more help with orders or figure out a new system of doing sales.

Wow, if I would have known that so many other people had issues I would have waited and delt with Jegs or Summit. I figured since he was a site sponsor it would be all good. In the 12 years I have been doing internet shopping this is my first and most expensive scare. I hope this works itself out in the next couple of days.
