Default 1985 (LS2) vette wheels

Hello,

I am brand new to this Forum so excuse me if I am asking the wrong crowd about an 85' vette, but I was told to look for the answer here!

my question is:

85 vettes come from the factory with front & rear 16"x8.5" 32mm (6.0" backspacing)
Goodyear Eagle VR50, P255/50VR-16

I want to put wheels on that are:

17" Corvette C6 Wheels - Chrome -17x9.5-SET

WHEEL OFFSET: 54mm

BOLT PATTERN: 5-120.65

How can I safely, correctly, and successfully do this and where can I get the adapters, spacers or what ever it is that I will need to complete this? Any help I can get would be so greatly appreciated!!

Unfortunately the offset is numerically too big, and will put the wheel deep into the wheel well.

If you want to use a spacer that is ~ 7/8" thick with longer studs you could.
