my friend wants to put on 19x9.5 and 19x11 c5 z06 wheels on his trans am, the offsets that i have found are 56mm for the 9.5 and 64mm for the 11, just wondering if that sound correct or not, also if anyone has any pictures of that big of a wheel on an fbody.

Never heard of 19" diameter C5 wheels . . .

The sizes you mention, fronts are fine, rear will require a spacer.

ive never heard of that size either, only 19x10s i have found for the c5 z06 wheel, im a noob to wheels so what kind of spacer would be used for the rear wheels

About 14 mm . . . . to net you an assumed / approximate final offset of ~ 50 mm.
