ok, so i'm looking to get some temporary use fairly cheap tires for the stock 1997 z28 five spoke wheels untill i have the money to get a nice wheel set, but i still want them to look good. I want a low profile kinda look, but not like really low profile, anyways i don't know much about tire sizes but i know the current tires are severely undersized for the wheels. they're 215/60/r16's and they look horrible. i want a tire similar if not just like this tire as far as size goes.



what do you guys think?

the size i would recommend for you is 245/50/16. your tire choice depends on your wants/needs

i cant tell, what does the tire say? that size i recommended is what came stock on the camaros and is the biggest you should run

that tire that's on that car is a "avenger hp" which is made my mastercraft tires. the only two sizes they make in that tire for 16's are:

205/50R16
225/50R16
245/50R16
205/45R16
205/40R16

so regarding that, the 245/50/16 is probably what's on that car.

That's a 245/50 tire, and there are a TON of choices out there in that size. General UHP's are pretty cheap (I think something like $92 from tire rack) and perform pretty well.
