Default This is for Scott and Lance at OE Wheels!

I wanted to say a special thanks to Scott and Lance at OE wheels! You guys are awesome. The DD ZR-1s I ordered exceeded my expectations! They are absolutely beautiful! I've owned some chrome rims in the past, but the chrome finish on these is unbelievable! The rears took just a little bit of BFHing here and there, but nothing major. The wheels fit like a glove! If anyone is considering buying some new wheels, look no further than OE Wheels! Absolutely FIRST RATE!!! Thanks again!

Here are the stock WS6 wheels. I really don't care for them too much. I'm going to sell them.

Just bolted on the rear wheels with full weight on the jack to check for rubbing. Don't worry, I put jack stands underneath the axle before doing so.

Suppose I will put mine in the mix. Here is my '98:

Wheels: 18x9.5f/18x10.5r C6 Motorsports (with rivits) No spacers as of yet.
Tires: Nitto NT 555 285/35/18 front and rear

I have really liked the wheels, but got them before the deep dish style was available, at least that I knew about. So tried to stagger them as much as I could, but without any lip the 9.5/10.5 stagger isn't real noticable.

But now that the deep dish is out, I'm thinking of keeping the standard wheel I already have up front, and doing the deep dish in the back. This should really accent the stagger I should think.

Now my tire delima..... I really, really like my Nitto's (the feel, look, the whole 9 yards), but want to go wider in the back. Unfortunately, the straight NT 555's don't go any wider than a 285 in an 18 with the exception of a 295/45/18.... And I don't want a 45 series tire!!!!!! TOO BIG!!!!!! And I don't really want to do the drag radials either, even though the Nitto DR's come in the size I'm looking for. I want to go with a 315 in the back, but unfortunately I can't find a tire that I like with both sizes that I need, 275 or 285 fronts and the 315 rears.... I have found a couple sets that would be ok with a 295 rear (and have seen a couple member's cars here that look pretty good with a 295 rear), but really like the look of the 315..... So my search will continue....

Since my tires are almost like new, I will keep what I have for now even with the new wheels, and will be putting on some spacers to start. As you can see from some of the photos, both the front and rear are really sucked in. So will probably start with a 1/2" spacer up front and a 1" in the rear. And who knows, maybe with the spacers the look will turn into more of what I'm looking for and won't have to do anything....... But I'm not holding my breath.

Anywho, I really like the OE Wheels C6's and can't wait till I get the deep dish rears!!!! But here's the car so far.....
