Scott, asking about the green grass....Most of it is due to having like 8 inches of rain in the last two weeks lol.

 

we are looking into it but thats about as far as we have got. if we do them it will not be untill next year.

slvr69bird what did you do with your centercaps?

 

i ordered 3.5 in decals with firebird logo in silver to match the rest of the car, took some sand paper to rough up the surface where i put the decals. I thought it would be a nice touch instead of corvette logos on a trans am.

I have a set of OE Wheels C5 Black wiht Machined lip. 17x9.5 fronts 18x10.5 rear. ON this site @ rouchiemanz28 for pics

 

Anyone running the 17/18 combo with 275/40 front and 295/35 rear tires have ABS and Traction control? Does the tire size difference cause any problems? I will not disable or defeat the ABS and traction control on my car, so I want to make sure any new combo doesn't cause problems.

 

Pretty sure they would both measure up to a 26" tire.. so no problems with ABS

 

There should be no problems with those tire sizes.

There's about a half inch difference in overall diameter between the sizes and I wasn't sure how sensitive the ABS and Traction control were to that.

 

Just placed my order with Chris today for a set of 17x9 Deep Dish Machined Face-Black vents C5's! Look forward to putting them on! Post pics soon..

Just got off the phone with Chris and aparently you didn't have them in your warehouse like the computer said nor the 17x9 Satin ZR1's which were my back up's that your computer said you had 20 sets of. Swing and miss Maybe next go around
