Keep Current Wheels or Buy New?
Keep Current Wheels or Buy New? Ok well, I've been thinking of getting new wheels. Nothing wrong with my current set up but I used to have chrome wheels on my car and they looked GREAT with my MBM paint.
What I have done to my car is create a black on blue theme: Black/smoked headlights, corners, carbon fiber grille, tint, etc etc, to make the blue paint "pop." I then bought C6 black chrome wheels, which look pretty cool.
I want to go back to chrome, but I'm debating as the chrome wheels would be the only thing different from my current and complete theme. But then I look at some pictures of MBM F bodies with tint/etc with chrome wheels and it looks fine.
Here is my car as it sits now (with the wheels that are currently on the car)
These are the wheels I'm thinking of getting:

1) Keep what I have
2) Go chrome (THIS OPTION IS FOR CHROME COLOR CHOICE ALONE, NOT IF YOU LIKE THE TYPE OF CHROME WHEEL I MAY BE LOOKING AT)

And here are two pictures (not of my car(s)) of MBM F bodies with chrome wheels... Even with tint and what not the chrome seems to work very well I think, and may give a better idea for everyone nice enough to check out this thread

Your car looks good as is. The C5's have been done to death. I like your black chrome C6's. They may be used a lot but the color you have is unique and not too many people use a black chrome wheel. Invest your money into something else for the car.
I mise well use all of the tread up on the GDW's before getting rid of the wheels in the next year or two.
