Sometimes you might have to dismount the tire and remount it 180 degrees to see if that helps balance it or not to use alot of weights. Its alot of work-but to have a happy customer and have the trust you with their hard work is worth it. But also to look for any runout as it is being balanced helps.
That's how I got my super swampers to ride like my Michelins.
Tools to balance your own tires, You can't unless you have DEEP pockets. The machines alone cost upwards of $3500+, plus the cost of wheel weights.
It's easier to have a reputable shop do it, or atleast when You walk in to ask that their best tech balance them. "Please"
Oh, btw. I don't know how close you are to the orlando area. But if you're serious about getting your drive-shaft re-balanced. I would call Advance Drive-line.
