Can I put Telstars on my SS?

Can I put Telstars on my SS? I have a set of Telstars at my house I am thinking of putting on. They are from my roommate's cobra. He got fed up with not being able to put them on because of the calipers and rotors. So, my question is, can I put these on my 00 SS? I assume I need spacers for the fronts obviously and we have some 1 inch at the house. Is the lug pattern the same? And will I have any trouble putting them on?

bolt pattern is not the same. ford is 4.5, f body is 4.75.
also, you wouldnt want a 1 inch spacer. with the right bs on welds, you only need a 5/16" spacer.
