PICS: Got my staggered 19" RPM 505s on the SS
I stopped and snapped a few quick pictures. The car is flat out filthy from all the rain we've had the past few days. I'll try to get the car cleaned up once the weather breaks and get some better shots then.
19x8.5 and 19x9.5 RPM 505s in Hypersilver with brushed lips. I can say that these are my favorite wheels I've purchased to date (even over the CCWs I had on the GTO). Don't get me wrong, I loved my CCWs, but at this point in my life for a daily driver I'd much rather have a less expensive wheel that I don't have to worry so much about damage or theft. The RPM wheels don't look cheap either. Build, fit, and finish are all as nice as anything I've ever seen short of a really expensive forged wheel. Where you notice the cheaper price tag is in the weight, but since I'm not hunting for every last RWHP or tenth at the track I was okay with a little extra weight.
I went with cheap Nexen N3000 tires (245/35s and 275/30s) because I had read some good reviews on them, so I figured I'd give them a shot since I'm not putting down a lot of power and won't be for a while. Overall I'm really impressed with these tires. They have comparable traction to the Nitto 555s (275) I had on the stock 10-spokes, wet traction is outstanding, and they are a good looking tire too.
For a daily driver setup I honestly couldn't be more happy with my wheels. They look great, have great offsets and huge lips, an easy finish to keep clean (keeping the CCWs polished up on the GTO was extremely tedious), and best of all were easy on the wallet. I couldn't ask for much more.

And before anyone says anything about any of this stuff, I still need to paint the brake calipers (red) as well as the brackets and drums (black). Still need to ditch the tips completely and put turndowns above the bumper line in the rear. Also still need to Whistler-mod the headlights and I think I'll also tint the side markers with Niteshades because the orange markers are looking out of place now.

Looks great man. Those are actually the same wheels i'm gonna get for my car, except 18's and black spokes. Anyway, like i said, looks really good. You are bookin' it on this project.

I shoot in RAW so I have to use Photoshop to convert the pictures. I'm not a big editing person so I keep everything simple. Mainly on these shots I pulled the shadows down to make the car look more black and hide some of the nasty road grime from all the rain we've had lately.
