TTMs are here - Now the 315s - extra jounce spacer?
Hey guys,
I have the TTMs at home - 17x9 fronts and 17x10.5s rears - thanks for all the input. I'm gonna go with 315s in the back. I have not lowered my car (don't plan too either) and although I know that the 315 rears will stick out about flush with the outside of the fender, it appears I'd have to hit something really, really harsh to bottom the tire into the fender lip. I did a rough measurement of the bump stop to the axle and it appears that I have less travel there than between the tire and the fender - I have an SS with the spacers. Any input on this - maybe a second set of jounce spacers for extra insurance?
Thanks-

I have the same setup on my Trans Am.. Same TTMs with 275/40 up front and 315/35 in the rear. I am alos not lowered either. I am Nittos all around. 555 NT EXTREMES (street tires)
I am looking to get rid of my TTMs and go with C6 wheels.. black with a machine lip

Th guys that built the engine, tranny, and rear end put in a BMR panhard bar. It's not adjustable, but it's heavy duty. The rear end appears centered up real well - about 2mm difference on the wheel wells.
