i am planning on getting some new wheels for my 02 SS. I was planning on these wheels But in all Matte black, no chrome lip, the whole wheel flat black:
How do you guys think that will look? I was going to get 18x8.5" up front, 19x10" rear. I want staggered rims to give it that more aggressive look, so it sits a little lower in the front than the back. Or should i opt for the 17's up front, 18's rear?

i was gunna talk to OE wheels and see if they could get some all matte black ones. I HATE black rims with chrome lips, the chrome lip looks stupid on a car that has NOTHING else chrome on it! I really want staggered, i think 4th gen camaros look goofy with the same size rear wheel as the front, need a bigger rim in the back to fill the wheel well better.

I have the 17/18 combo on my ws6 with the grey centers. I would not get them done all black. The chrome/polished lip looks amazing. I dont think it would look bad if you did have them painted but the main focus of the rim would be lost. I wish I would have bought all 18s but that style had just been released when I bought them.

But your WS6 is black isn't it? I agree that a black car, with black rims and chrome lip looks sick. But a red car with black rims and chrome lip looks stupid to me. Having the wheels ALL black, to me, makes it look more sinsiter, and more like a "pro touring" car. If you know what i mean.

do you think i will have to modify the rear wheel wells at all to fit the 19x10s? if i get 30 series tires, they will only be .3" in daimeter larger than the stock OEM wheel/tire combo, and only about an inch wider.
