Default How much were YOUR 315s?

So I've been debating getting some black 18x11s for the rear but decided to price tires for them first. Out of every tire shop I went to, the cheapest 315s or 305s I could find were still about $400 a piece. Is this what most of you have spent on these tires, or is there a good discount place on the interent to get them?
Thanks.

IMO, go with a 18" x 10.5" or 10" and run a 295/35/18.

and buy them here.

I went with Nitto 555R's 305/35/18 for roughly $320 each -- little pricey however I wanted a decent drag radial.

As an alternative, check out the GoodYear GSD3 F1's on sale on TireRack.com -- 295/35/18 for roughly $165 on closeout. These are AWESOME tires -- typical dealer cost is usually around $320 each, so the closeout price is a steal of a deal for a quality tire.

With an 18x11, you could get away with a 335/30. I've got 335 Nitto DR's on my 18x10.5, and they're fine. They were $545 shipped, for the pair, from Discout Tire Direct.
