What exactly will I have to do in order to fit 315/30/18 tires?

Ok, so right now, I have 295's on the rear of my '99 WS6, and they fit fine. The problem is, they don't look wide enough for me. I want some 315's, but know next to nothing about rolling fenders or using a bfh. My car is still stock height, and I was told a few different things.
What EXACTLY do I have to do to get them to work?

what rims and offset do you have? It all depends what offset your rims are. i have the oewheels c5 DD 18x10.5 rears (56mm offset) with 315/30/18 tires. I had to BFH mod to inner fender, grind the bumpstop bracket, cut the outer fender about 1/4 inch where tire would hit leaving a small lip for stability. (Rolling may crack paint). I used 5mm spacer, and extended shank lugs (for now until i get longer studs).
BTW my car is lowered about 1.75 f and 1.5 r. So your stock ride height should be more forgiving.

Let me tell you what I got, I am running 305/30/18's on a 18x10.5 C6 Motorsport wheel. I have already removed my bump stops so I could fit pro stars but if I didnt before im sure I would have had to. Then I hammerd some spots to make a little room for them. I installed them with stock rear hieght but now removed the spring isolator and its about a half inch lower and no problem. I also have an adjustable pan hard bar. My tires where huge steam rollers until I put them on the wheels and then they got sucked in making the tires skinnier. I wouldnt go any bigger then a 305/30/18 because of you still being on a 10.5" rim. Its just gonna make your side wall more angled then it will with a 305. Thats just what my results where. If I had an 11" wide wheel they wouldnt have gotten squeezed in as much. By the way there Mickey Thompson ET street radials. Hope this helps abit.

My 315s fit perfect on a 10.5 rim. my side walls are a hair wider than the lip of the rim. maybe 1-2mm but its flat no angles. i think 305s should be the smallest tire on a 10.5 rim. 295s stretch a little, some guys running 335s.

If you go wider tires you may need spacers. again im not sure cause my car is slammed. it would hit the inner fender a little even after BFH mod
