Just wanted to konw if anybody could help me out.

Im looking at buying a set of 18x8.5 with 56 mm offset. the bolt pattern is 5x120.65.

These are basically c6 rims. Would they fit on a 02 WS6?

I dont want to run a spacer or adapter.

Yeah those will bolt up fine, but you can run some 20mm hub spacers in the rear if you think the rears look tucked in to much.
