^^^^^ Very true. In my case, I enjoy cleaning my car, so that's not an issue for me. Love my Nitto's 315 35 17's. All around, there's not a better drag radial for me.

Never had that problem at all, and the fenders on my car aren't rolled, and I didn't touch a single thing in the fender well. No rubbing or anything. I ran two sets of 315s for over 10k miles per set. I even ran them on my previous car back in 04 that was lowered and had zero issues.

My car is lowered on 315 nittos dr's. No fender rolling needed. They rub once in a while but no biggie. Ran 12.2 on stock 10 bolt with em. They rub the inner wells a little on driveways but it's still fine.

think it's all on the car... I ran nitto 555r 315's on sportlines and didn't have any fitment issues. I had the fenders rolled and the previous owner already did the BFH mod for extra insurance. personally think they're the best all around DD drag radial (street radial in my book) since they wear so freaking great!

...oh and OP you'll be fine in cold, wet weather with them until they're worn. although that's the case with any tire really

You shouldn't need to roll your fenders.

The nitto 555R 315 35 17 is more like a 285/295 size-wise compared to other brands.

I had 275/40/17 Nittos that lasted me 20,000 miles. How? I have no idea, but it was awesome. Cold weather and rain was never a problem as long as I was careful. I wouldn't go near snow with them, though.

That's a bit of an exaggeration. The 315/35R17 measures an actual 308 mm.

I see a lot of instances where people generalize Nittos as running small, and that is just not the case. Yes, the aforementioned tire does run small, but not as small as some make it out to be, and it also isn't common in their lineup.

I wouldnt drive them in the rain. My tires were getting worm and anytime it was wet and i was doung 60 the car would start getting a little squirly. I got rid of them real quick
