Default 295/45/17 Mickey Thompsons

Like the way these tires look i wanna mount them on my 17x9.5 C6s will they fit on there?

Yes they fit, look good too. They will be a taller tire thank stock just to let you know.

some people are saying they wont fit on a 9.5 rim and will look funny is this true?

Yes, because the tires are taller the gearing will be worse. My 3.73 gears with 295/45r17 is the same as a 275/40r17 with about 3.55

your speed will be out a bit, your car will be going faster than what is says on the gauge. you can easily tune for this..

yea not too worried about that, worried if i would notice a real affect on the gear?

You will notice it as much as a gear swap.

My results from the track: The tires finally hook (my track has really poor track prep), but now I think I don't have enough gear at the top and I lost a few tenths at the track. I am going to swap in 4.10s.

It may not bother you much, but it did me. Maybe spend some time researching people that swap from 3.55 to 3.73s and how much gain they had (you will lose that)

Car came with 3.23 gears. A few yrs ago I swapped in 3.73s. I put the tires on last year. I will probably swap the 4.10s this spring.

I believe that car is lowered, but I`m not sure how much. I think the stance looks great.

yea just think the 295s look better than the 275s
