Default 295-35-18's instead of 275-40-18's on 99 Vete

Well title says it all. I'm curious if it would be a big deal to get 295's on my 99 FRC just to get a little bit more of a meaty look in the back. The rims are chrome z06 wheels so i'm sure they are 10.5 wheels. Pro's con's?

Any fittment issues? The front tires will remain 245-45-17, think that's too big a gap?
