Nitto NT05R's - Where Are They?

I remember seeing An array of sizes for the new Nitto NT05R on Discount Tire's website. Now most of them have vanished. Are they out of stock already? Also, If anyone knows where I can get my hands on (2) 285/40/18, that'd be great.

That's a little tall of a tire for a 18" wheel, unless you are wanting to run a 27" tire.
