anyone know where i san find some of these or know an aftermarket company with something similar

You could always buy a stock set, and get them anodized that color. Thats all it is.

Its actually just a tinted clear coat followed by a normal clear .

Ah, I wasn't aware of that. I've always thought they were anodized, I guess you learn something new everyday.

Oh so thats how it's done. I like the look, almost looks like a tinted chrome. I don't really know why but the blue wheels don't look half bad, imagine a green wheel haha

i think when i do this to my 16's i may go alittle darker cause my cars black and i plan on putting navy blue or so stripes or a bird on it

any one know the paint code to the wheel color. My brother wants to strip his down and redo them.
