Default 275/40/17 or 295/45/17 et street??

Im looking at getting dr and im debating between a 275/40/17 or a 295/45/17 et streets, im trying to hook 425-450rwhp with a 6speed, i,ve got every thing but an adj tq arm in terms of suspension. I know 1st will be usless but id like it to hook up in 2nd. Any input/experiance would be helpful thx.
