Painted my wheels yesterday.....Would it be safe to wash them today?

Default Painted my wheels yesterday.....Would it be safe to wash them today?
I painted my stock wheels yesterday. I want to wash my car today. Do you guys know if that will hurt the wheels? I would just be going to the car wash and washing it myself. As long as I don't use a harsh wheel cleaner I figure I'll be ok. What do you guys think?

I would give them a full 24hrs of dry time first.

24 hrs should make it ok for them to get some water. I would give them a week or so though before you hit them directly with a pressure washer.
