Yea read good things about those tires. They are supposed to be better than MT's from the testing I read about

Very nice..Especially for low profile DRs...I'd recommend adding adjustable rear shocks like QA1 12 ways and set them on the stiff side to drill the tires into the track and keep the squat to a minimum...I usually start at setting #5 with mine and increase stiffness one "click" each run til I get a bit of shake, then back off a click...You can usually pick them up pretty cheap used in good shape on this board and others, or just go new...Rear shocks will really make a huge difference....They ride decent on the street, too..That "squat" while looking good, doesn't help your launch at all...Good luck in your quest for 11s!!

thanks allan I will for sure maybe order some new ones I have the KYB adjustables right now , but 8 way I think , I have them in full stiffness and still did that , I guess is time for some new ones right lol

Well went to track yesterday and was messing with tirepressure , damn tires were not heating up in a burn out grrr.... so by not heating up they were not hooking , better luck next week lol

Yeah the KYBs are a decent street shock, but don't adjust stiff enough, imho...There's lots of folks who sell their QA1s, AFCOs, Strange, on here all the time. I got mine for $100/pair and they were QA1 12 ways gently used...They can also be rebuilt. You may expose any weak links in your drive line with good rear shock as they will drill the tires into the track...Either way have fun. Your times will improve also with more seat time at the track!

That's just a clean sexy car all around. New background for me as well lol. When my set of 555 non DR's are shot (at which time hopefully i'll have room for my 2 vehicles then so the SS won't be my DD either), i'll be picking up a set of those. Nice to see they hook!
