Default Hm. Vette Wheels?

I really like these wheels on the vette ... and I was wondering what you guys think they would look like on a T/A?

I am considering getting a set and having them coated black..

Do you think that would look horrible or cool or what?

Here are the ones I'm talking about

Ive never really liked the "wagon wheel" vette wheels like that.. go with some nice 2000 5 spokes or Z06 rims..

Just my .02

I don't like them. They are only an 8.5" rim too.

Too bulky looking IMO, if you want vette wheels go with the C5 thin spokes.

These wheels look a thousand times better if you paint/powdercoat the
spokes black. I hate these wheels, but did a photoshop of them with
black spokes, and was like, wow, that looks good.

Here's a quick chop of it for you using the car from above.
(yes i lowered it real quick too)

Anyway, I'm tired of the heave *** straight chrome choppin 18s... and am thinking of going this was with the rims and black rear panel, and black scoop on my silver SS. I'm in College Station, anyone know where to get this done right around here maybe in Houston? Thanks.

I have a set of these (17/18) that I will be taking off in the next week or two. If you are interested, I will be selling them for $300 (which includes Nitto 555 245/45/ZR17 front tires - plenty of tread left). I have a set of black ZO6 18s going on in their place.

Also, there is a guy here in Austin (actually in Cedar Park - but close enough) that can do the powder coating for $30/wheel but it cost $15 extra/ea. to sand blast them. His number is 512.331.5787
