Kevin, not sure what camera rig you have but if you don't have an SLR I could try to meet up and snap some pics.

Mine were powdercoated then machined and then welded to the rim.

I can usually get some pretty good photo's out of my point and shoot Camera. But if you would like to meet up sometime in July after the tuning is done that would be fine with me.

I'm guessing you bought the prototype set Glenn from BS had for sale on here.

For those asking about leaving the insets and so forth bare like the ones above..

I've played with masking techniques on a few centers BS let me mess with. Very difficult and time consuming, but I was able to pull it off to a point.

Those look like the set that Glenn Jr. had and I thought they were anodized.

Would like to see what you could do with mine with the center of the spoke polished, the dimples, and the sides of the spokes polished. Everything else black like the Comp 5's.

Nope. The round blanks were coated, then everything was machined. I tried a few blanks also. The problem is its near impossible to avoid orange peel when coating a big flat piece of metal like that, powder has a similar limitation as paint in that respect.

Dimples not possible for sure. I could not find a way to keep them polished and be real clean. Insets and sides I was able to do it, but its difficult. Wouldn't be cheap on the labor but I'd be glad to talk about it.

PM me about what you were thinking labor wise. As far as the dimples, maybe could use my dremel with a light grit to pull the coat out of there? No biggie either way.
