I have OEM Z06 wheels on my car right now and I want the rears to come out and line up flush with the fender like my last set of wheels did. What size spacer would I need to make the wheel come out enough to be flush with the fender?

ive got c5 z06 wheels on mine and a 1/4 inch spacer popped mine out just right and made them not rub on the inside but im also gonna have to roll my fenders because it likes to rub (only on the passenger rear for some odd reason) when i hit a halfway gnarly bump.

they are pretty flush though as far as i remember i think i have a pic of how it looks actually

BFG KDW's FTW!!!! lol

you will need to roll your fender lips if you go more more than 1/4"

yea rolling my fenders is really all i gotta do still but yea safely i wouldnt reccomend anything bigger than 1/4 inch on regular studs just for safety. if you were to put longer studs in id say go for whatever is safe.

and you could always do a test fit too and kinda eyeball it and see where your at and go from there

Can I run the 1/4" spacer with stock lugs and studs?
